Double Rainbow :: Harper Twins :: Temecula Maternity Photographer

Meet Cris, owner of North County Natural Birth. She is carrying very special cargo. Not one #rainbowbaby, but TWO. Yep, the Harper Family is growing from a family of 6 to a family of 8! They are incredibly blessed! After the births of their precious 4 children, they experienced 4 pregnancy losses in a row. We have been crying and praying together for 3 years now… bonded in sorrow, joy, hope, faith and love. I am so thankful for this beautiful woman I can call my friend, and excited beyond words about the upcoming birth of her baby girls. These babies are so loved!

What is a rainbow baby you ask? Rainbow babies are born after the loss of a previous child. I love this explanation: “It is understood that the beauty of a rainbow does not negate the ravages of any storm. When a rainbow appears it does not mean that the storm never happened, or that we are not still dealing with it’s aftermath. It means that something beautiful and full of light has appeared in the midst of the darkness and clouds. Storm clouds may still hover, but the rainbow provides a counterbalance of color, energy, and hope.”  -Author Unknown

I was able to capture a few shots of Cris all by herself at our Fall Family Mini Session in Murrieta…How stunning is she at 30 weeks pregnant with twins?! Love you friend!
